- 01Use your purchase email. Enter the exact email you used to log into your Member Account.
- 02Be specific. Tell us what went wrong and what you've already tried, so we don't waste your time asking questions.
- 03If you need to show us something, please add screenshots. Upload to Dropbox or Google Drive and paste a public-access link. Please avoid WeTransfer or download-only links.
You'll get a ticket number by email
Right after submitting, you'll receive an automatic email with your support ticket number. If it's not in your inbox, check your spam folder. It's important that you locate this email — if your address was entered incorrectly or misspelled, our reply will not reach you. If you don't see it, submit again and double-check your email is spelled correctly.
