Welcome to RetouchingAcademyLab.com (the “Site”), operated by Queenscliff Global LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Site, products, and services—including our Photoshop panels and related software—you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Use of the Site & Services

This Site provides access to downloadable and subscription-based software tools for photo retouching, along with related educational content and support. You may use our services for personal and professional creative purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or resale of our software or content is strictly prohibited.

Account Registration

To access your purchased panels or manage your licenses, you’ll need to log in to your Member Account on our website, created at the time of the purchase. Your login details and instructions are emailed to you right after the purchase.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity under your account.

Privacy Policy

Your use of RetouchingAcademyLab.com is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and protect your data. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you’re under 18, please use our Site only with a parent or guardian’s permission.

Software Functionality & Compatibility

Our retouching panels are Photoshop plugins built to operate within Adobe Photoshop and related host applications. Because these host platforms evolve, software functionality is subject to third-party platform updates.

Retouching Academy cannot guarantee compatibility with future versions of Adobe Photoshop, Creative Cloud, or any other host applications outside of our control.

When Adobe discontinues or modifies legacy technology (for example, the transition from CEP Extensions to UXP Plugins), older panel versions may become incompatible.

In such cases, users are encouraged to upgrade to the current UXP version for continued compatibility and support.

⚠️ The old Beauty Retouch (Legacy CEP extension, version 3.3 and earlier) is no longer supported due to Adobe’s removal of CEP technology from Photoshop. We are unable to provide installations or troubleshooting for these discontinued products. You can continue using it only on older Photoshop versions if you already have it installed and if it continues to work on your computer, but for ongoing compatibility and support, we recommend upgrading to the new UXP version.

Retouching Academy panels are now available as UXP plugins with ongoing updates and support.

License, Usage & Installation

Each panel purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use by a single individual on up to two personal computers, in accordance with our Software Product License.

You may not share, copy, resell, or redistribute our products, nor modify or disassemble them for commercial reuse. Unauthorized distribution or resale is a violation of these terms and may result in suspension of access without a refund.

Refund Policy

All RA Panels (UXP) come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you experience any issues or feel the product doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact our Support Team within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll be happy to assist you with a full refund or alternative solution.

Support Policy

You can reach our dedicated RA Panels Support Team through our Support Portal. We are monitoring all incoming support inquiries Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time, and guarantee a response within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Intellectual Property

All products, images, scripts, and software distributed through this Site are the exclusive property of Queenscliff Global LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute any part of our software or materials without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our tools are designed to improve your creative workflow, but results depend on individual skill, practice, and external software functionality. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Queenscliff Global LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Collin County, Texas.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site and our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
