After a few insanely busy days caused by the latest Adobe update that, as usual, broke all 3rd party plugins and extensions, we can finally sit back and enjoy playing with the new features brought to us by the latest version of Photoshop.
We want to thank you for your patience and support during the past couple of days. Especially those of you who were eager to help and test the new installation files as we worked on the update.
It’s never an easy job, and very often the same installation package will work on some machines and refuse to install on others, so our developers dig and search, and read, and try again and again until we finally hear positive responses from every single customer. We’re very thankful to those of you who understand this, thank you for your support and patience!
NEW RA PANELS INSTALLATION
STEP 1: UNINSTALL
First of all, please go ahead and uninstall the old RA Panels if you had them in your previous Photoshop versions to avoid any potential conflict: RA Panels Manual Uninstall (you have to be a registered customer and logged in on our website to view this page).
STEP 2: RE-DOWNLOAD RA PANELS
Please go ahead and re-download the installation files for the panels from your Member Area to ensure you have the latest version. UNZIP the downloaded package.
STEP 3: RE-DOWNLOAD ZXPinstaller
Make sure to re-download the ZXPinstaller, as it has also been updated by its developer.
STEP 4: INSTALL THE UPDATED RA PANELS
Now follow the same installation instructions as you did when you first installed the Beauty Retouch v3.0 and Pixel Juggler v2.0 released in April 2016: Beauty Retouch v3.0 & v3.1 Installation Guide, 2016
We have tested the latest RA Panels installation files in the RA Community Group and received a 100% positive feedback so far, but it is next to impossible to ensure that a software will work on absolutely all computers, so if you have any issues installing it, please make sure you have followed the steps exactly as we described, visit our FAQ page for additional suggestions and if you still can’t get it to work, please let us know by submitting a ticket.
Enjoy and happy retouching!
