I Purchased the Beauty Retouch Panel but Only See Pixel Juggler In My Account

POSSIBLE REASONS & HOW TO FIX IT:

Cause #1: Please make sure you are not logging into an empty duplicate account

Please make sure you are logging into the account with the User ID (or email) that you used during the Beauty Retouch purchase process. Check your mailboxes to see which one of your emails the purchase confirmation from our website was sent to and login with that email.

Please reset your password if you don't remember it.

 

Cause #2: Please be sure to enter your correct email address at the time of the purchase

You did not receive any registration or purchase confirmations from our website? It may be due to the fact that you entered a wrong email by mistake.

Try to login using the User ID which you created during the purchase, then update your email in your account.

 

Cause #3: Check Your SPAM or JUNK MAIL folder

If you are not receiving our Purchase Confirmation or Password Reset emails, please check your Junk Mail folder. It was most likely trapped there, given you had typed the correct email while registering on our website.

Please make sure to check your Junk Mail folder. If your mailbox is located on your proprietary domain (for example, contact@johnsmith.com), it has most likely been captured by your spam filter, and is kept in the Junk Mail folder on your server - proprietary domains as opposed to public mail services such as GMAIL, HOTMAIL or YAHOO, often filter out automated email and prevent it from getting into your mailbox.

IF NONE OF THE ABOVE FIXES HELPED:

Don't panic, we'll sort it out!

We have all the information about each purchase in our logs, but we don't know what your User ID is and what PayPal account is associated with it, so please submit a ticket, and let us know:

  • Your first and last name;
  • Your User ID on our website;
  • Your Paypal transaction ID and a screenshot of your Paypal notification. THe screenshot is optional, but it may speed up the process of locating your purchase on our end;
  • If we notice a mismatch between the Paypal info and your User info, we reserve the right to ask further questions about your purchase.

We are a small team of artists, and we handle customer tickets during our working hours, under the First Come, First Served service policy.

Regardless, don't worry, we will sort it all out, and you will have the panels in your Photoshop in no time!
