I Purchased the Beauty Retouch Panel but Only See Pixel Juggler In My Account


Cause #1: Please make sure you are not logging into an empty duplicate account.

If you have previously registered on our website, and created a new account during the purchase, you might be trying to login into your old account and not seeing your purchase in it.

Please make sure you are logging into the account with the User ID (or email) that you used during the purchase process. Check your mailbox to see what email the purchase confirmation from our website came to.


Cause #2: Please be careful when typing your email address.

You will obviously not receive our registration confirmation if you enter a wrong email intentionally or by mistake.


Cause #3: Check Your SPAM or JUNK MAIL folder

If you are not receiving our Confirmation email, please check your Junk Mail folder. It was most likely trapped there, given you typed the correct email while registering on our website and are not seeing our Confirmation email in your Inbox.

If you are using an email that is located on a proprietary domain (as opposed to public mail services such as Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.), our email was MOST LIKELY captured by your SPAM filters, as they are especially sensitive on private domains. Please check your SPAM folder on the server.


Don't panic, we'll sort it out.

We tried our best to walk you through the purchase process and make it as smooth as possible, but... who reads those instructions, right!?

We have all the information about each purchase in our logs, but we don't know what your Username is and what PayPal account is associated with it, so please email us at panels@retouchingacademy.com or submit a ticket, and let us know:

  • Your Username on our website;
  • Your Paypal transaction ID, or better yet a screenshot of your Paypal notification, it will speed up the process of locating your purchase on our end hugely;
  • If we notice a mismatch between the Paypal info and your User info, we might ask further questions.

We are a small team of artists, and we handle customer tickets during our working hours, under the First Come, First Served service policy.

Regardless, don't worry, we will sort it all out, and you will have the panels in your Photoshop in no time!
